Hello, I ordered a phone on June 19th and I still haven’t gotten a confirmation that my order has shipped and its been 6 business days. The cost has already come out of my bank account and I’m just wondering what’s going on? I've already made a post about this but nobody from the koodo team helped me. I really need a phone soon as I can't check my bank account because they want me to set up 2 way verification which requires a phone...

@Sean: If you haven't received any confirmation, I would suggest you send message to Koodo facebook to ask them to check for you.

And you are logging in from the webpage on a computer?

Did you enable 2 factor authentication manually?
