Order status for Google Pixel

I placed an order for a Google Pixel 32 GB on Sunday and received a conformation email shortly after. This email stated that "Once approved, shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you."

There isn't a way to find out the status online, but I was charged for this transaction only this morning. 

Can I know the following details - 
- When will it be shipped?
- What is the expected delivery date?
- Will my tab start from the day I receive the phone or as soon as November starts?

Reputable companies such as Telus / Koodo only charge you when product shipment is imminent. Once completed they will email you tracking details. Devices can not be sent if not activated to prevent fraud.

Hi Ashish - unfortunately users don't have the ability to check a real-time status of orders. Hoping to implement this in the near future. All orders are charged at the time of check-out, so it may just be showing up as an approved transaction for you as of today. Similarly, any impact to account/tab changes take effect at the time of check out as well.

With regards to your order status, account validation has been completed and the next steps is for your device to be prepared for shipping. I don't have further details on timing as yet, but typical turn-around at this stage is 1-2 business days if the device is in-stock. Once shipped, you'll receive your confirmation email with tracking info. and can expect to receive it in 1-2 business days.

Had I known that I would've ordered the Moto Z yesterday at $0. When I check that today the deal is gone. My questions are: 1. Why there's no email telling me the order was cancelled if web store did that? 2. If I were to buy the moto z will I still be eligible for the deal? I can't log into the self-service now so I can't see it.

Hey there - because the cancellation was done with an agent over the phone no email follow-up is sent. Also, once an order is cancelled, it's not possible to change reverse the status - a new order needs to be placed. I don't see any record of your second conversation as you indicated above, so can't verify what may have been communicated if you spoke with someone.

If you'd like to place a new order - for the Pixel or another device - you can go ahead and do so, since the old order has been processed as cancelled and you've received your refund.

The Moto Z Play is still $0 on Tab M.

That's too bad.  And I found some strang things:
1. I just check my account my tab is still negative $500
2. I lost all my credit after the purchase ( I had $50)

Yesterday it was Moto Z (not play) for $0 dollar.

Some good news - the negative tab balance has been wiped and the credit of $50 has been added back to your account. We've also credited back a $21 charge that was applied to your latest bill for the monthly tab charge. 

And, you are correct - the Moto Z was for $0 on tab large as a web-only promotion. Unfortunately there's not a way for me to extend this promo.. but, keep in mind that holiday promotions are just around the corner :)
