Order status

I placed order HFO19649773 last Thursday and Koodo just canceled without calling me to clarify the details, and just stated the reason "unable to verify credit" and simply asked me to go to store (so that Koodo can charge me $30 connection fee). What kind of service is that?

Then I placed another order HFO19792827 on Monday, no shipping info for 3 days. I called the web store several times but it says I calls outside of their business hours and jumped to voicemail. I sent an email today and I have no answer.

They should just create a order status page and automate the order approval process.

Very terrible service.

They are horrible with email replies. A rep here will lookbintonthr number if you're curious. You won't get shipping info until it ships and they do seem to have a backlog.

At the top of the phones page it says "Heads up! Due to the high number of orders, your phone may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be processed. Sit tight! We're working as fast as we can."

So you wont receive shipping info in 3 days.
