Hi,  could you please confirm if order # HFO19390337 is in the queue for processing?  I ordered a SIM card for the Public Mobile to Koodo promotion early last week and have not yet received any communication from Koodo regarding the status of the order.    I am getting nervous because the offer expires in 3 days.  My partner was able to get converted  in 15 minutes at a Koodo kiosk, so I do not understand why online takes so long.

Hi Quentin - order was received last Wednesday and is in queue to be processed. Given recent promotions, our online order turn-around is approx. 10 business days. Once the order is placed, the next communication is typically an activation confirmation and shipping/tracking details - which you'll get once the order is ready to ship out. Hope that helps.
