I'm switching from Public Mobile using the promo offered earlier this month. I ordered a Koodo SIM card on March 9th but still have not received any shipping notification. I am aware of the delay due to busy times and I'm just wondering what's the order status? Order No. HFO19461012. 

I've emailed and called the webstore but I got no responses and it always forwards to voicemail.

Hi Gabriel - looks like there was an issue flagged with your order, and there was a request for you to visit a Koodo shop with proof of identification. You'll need to do so, before the order can continue processing.
