Ontario user. I have LD saver, what does "Not Available In Manitoba" mean?

I am based in Toronto and I have added on the Long Distance Saver feature for $3 a month.

I see the fine print reads: "Not Available in Manitoba".

Does this mean when I am in Manitoba, any International calls I make will be at the regular rate of 50cents/min. Or do I still get the 5cents/min rate because my phone is Ontario based and I already have the LD saver?

Big difference in cost, so I'd love to clear up the confusion!!!

I read it as not available to MB based customers. You should be gold.

I read it differently as MB based network.

It's a weird restriction to have so it may be due to the shared tower agreement Telus has with Bell-MTS and LD calls on their network
