you simply have to login to selfserve and under overview click on "change Bill type" and follow the instructions

1) First Question is do you have a self serve account?
---if not go to www.koodomobile.com and click on self serve/ monthly customer
---You can register you account by clicking on the right side of the page, saying register now.

2) If you have already signed up for paper billing you need to contact customer service or go to your Koodo Booth and let them know you would like to change from paper to paper less. 1-866-995-6636

3) If you have any issues with registering your online self serve account you can contact customer service for help aswell.

Here are the thing you will need to activate you kood self serve account:

1) phone number
2) Account number
3) Pin number
4) email address

If you do have a self serve account there is no need to call Koodo to switch from paper billing to paperless.
