online account balance not refreshing.

my monthly balance, online has shown the same thing, usage, balance owing for 1 month. the bill was payed. i called in to koodo, they confirmed payment. why has my account balance not refreshed itself for the new month?

It takes a while for the system on self serve to refresh. it does not refresh right away, but it does after your next billing cycle is on. Or whenever the system decides to refresh itself.

Yes, i understand that but im going on month 2 with the same account balance. It shouldnt have to take that long.
I have called customers service, they confirmed the balance has been payed.
So why, am i on my second month of that same bill showing needing to be paid....

As you using the Koodo app or signing into the website? I know the app does not update until the next bill comes out.

Using the app. Never thought to check the site.
The app worked fine the first few months

with my experience so far my app and online have been in sync as well (knock on wood), but i have read a lot of threads suggesting to rely on their website more so (not as convenient but anything is better then having to call in).

Koodo charge me some services i never used before and when i called them and try to figure out the problem with no issues like every month they give me my money back. I want to give up for new comany like chatr...
I am doing a complaint to the comissaire aux fraude des telecommunications and see what gonna happen

If they reimbursed your money due to an issue that may or may not have been either parties fault why would you complain to a fraud Commission? I mean they fixed your issue by reimbursing your money so I'm not getting your actions what so ever? Its not fraud when a mistake is made or you possibly didnt understand your bill or accidentally added something or used something you are unaware of.
