Online upgrade question

Hi i have a question. When I log in online it says that I can upgrade to any phone and get $150 off by ordering online. Does it matter which phone # on the account the phone is going to or is it just for the main account holder? Your online service is down right now so I'm not able to get any more info. There are 3 people on the account. Thanks.

It depends where it says this.  Does it say it on your self serve Overview page?

Says on my husband's number, but not mine or my son's. So only he is able to get the deal?

That is what I believe.

The koodo website should be working now.  You can give it a test

You can use the phone with any number on the account, no need to use it with the line you upgrade it on :)

My husband is the main account holder. My son and I are on the account with him. The offer shows when he logged in saying his name. So his phone # is the only one that can upgrade?

Got this info back from koodo
Greetings Lissa, and thanks for getting in touch! If you currently have a $150 offer from a previous Tab, you will be able to use this amount toward the purchase of any phone in our phone selection unless it's specified otherwise. The account owner must authorize the purchase and the Koodo Tab is not transferable to another line as only the line that has the offer can use it.
With that being said, once the transaction has been completed, the phone can be used on any Koodo line. A new SIM might be required. You can upgrade online free of charge as stores now charge a $30 connection fee for renewals. Unlike the store were you would need to check if a phone is available in-store, you should be able to get the phone you want online. Let us know if you have more questions! -Tayeb

Following up on the question asked - when the new phone arrives, all I would have to do is place my current sim card in it and my existing tab will be in place?

That is correct. It doesnt matter who bought the phone. Put a current sim in it and its good to go.
