Online payment issue

I'm trying to make a payment but it's telling me that the address on the credit card doesn't match the account. I've verified several times that it does. Could it be that the name doesn't match, as the name on the card is different than the name on the Koodo account. Is there a way around this?

It could have to do something about the name, but there's no way around that unfortunately. They need to match in order to pass the framing test.

It's definitely that. The name on the card has to match the name on the account as per the new regulations.
