I have made several attempts to pay my bill using the online bill payment system this month, but keep getting an error saying "we are not able to complete this transaction at this time." I am using the same valid credit card I've always used.
Make sure you are ussing one of the supported browsers: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari. Delete your cache and cookies. Restart your browser, attempt to re-do the payment. Your credit card must also match the last name of the account.
