Ongoing dropped calls, regardless of where to, or from where, on a daily basis. Samsung J3 less than one year old

I can hear the receiving person but they can't hear me. Sometimes only seconds long, but lately getting longer and longer. Very frustrating. Drives my family crazy too.

Hi Wyatt,
There were many possible reasons for it.
Can you tell us more? When did it happen? how many bar of signals you had at home? Have you tried it outdoor, and did you have any phone cases on? Have you tried to restart your phone, reset network settings?

It happens on a daily basis; there doesn't seem to be a time or place that is relevant; it can happen anywhere and anytime, though it is happening more regularly; I would have 2 or 3 bars of signal; it has happened outdoors; I do not have a case on my phone.  I have restarted the phone - removed battery and sim card and replaced.  I do not know how to reset the network settings.

Could you try to reset network settings on the A5:
- Hit Apps (App drawers - the one with 9 dots)
- Choose Settings
- Select General Management
- Select Reset
- Select Reset network settings

If it doesn't help, you could try to reset the A5 to factory default. However, this will delete all of your data, photos, etc. So before doing it, you need to backup your phone data first.

You could also visit a Koodo Kiosk and ask them for help on the signal issues. Calling Koodo could be an option but waittime is long.

Good luck, let us know if the problem is solved.
As the phone is still under warrantied from Samsung, I wouldn't worry much. You can always ask Samsung to fix it, if there is a hardware issue.

There is technical supports. However, you have to call Koodo or send messages to their facebook/twitter to get official support.

Keep an eye out on when you 1 year warranty ends.  If you cannot get it resolved, you may need to send it in for warranty work
