One of my frequent contacts no longer receives messages from me. They are a Rogers customer. All of my other contacts receive my text messages. This issue has persisted since before I updated my OS.

My friend called Rogers Customer Support to fix the issue, Rogers claimed it was clearly a problem from Koodo.
I have enabled SMS delivery confirmation which tells me that my messages are being delivered.
SMS advanced settings:
Routing preference - circuit switch preferred
MMSC URL - http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/...
Proxy URL - 74.49.0.18:80

EDIT: I've tested other contacts with Rogers and they work just fine. It is just the one contact I have problems sending to.

Maybe a silly question, but they haven't accidentally blocked you, have they?

That was the one thing Rogers Customer Support had them check. I have not been blocked as a contact by my friend.

Hmmm....sounds like OS related then. Maybe the crackberry forum is a better source? Seems like some others have had some texting issues:

Thank-you for your suggestion but "This issue has persisted since before I updated my OS." (See above).

The only sms issues in the crackberry forums I could find were application lag related.

I can send text messages just fine. It's just one person who can't receive my texts.

I'm just doing my due diligence before telling my friend to go back to Rogers CS. This may not be a Koodo error at all.

Hello Evan,

Why don’t you give our Tech Department a call at toll-free 1-866-995-6636 (option 6) from another line and have them investigate the issue for you. They may be able to help pinpoint the issue!

Thank you!

Problem resolved.
This was a Rogers issue. They had added my number to a spam list for my contact which was separate from the blocked contacts list.

Thanks for everyone's help.
