why is your on line payment process not working? This is the third day this will not except a payment????

If you're using the self-serve portal, try clearing your cache.

Hi Kim,

There have been issues with the self serve page for a few days, I've even had the issue, I'd recommend trying what Peter suggested as that seemed to clear up any issues I had logging into it on my computer (no issues on my cell phone on either the self serve app or website).
