On-line billing/payment issue! Why cant i pay my invoice online which i have been trying to pay for several weeks now. Next months inovice is in (with no email notification) and i am sure a "late" fee has been applied! Not impressed.
Hey Big Mac - we actually have sent notifications to the same email address you used to register for this community over the past two months. Have you checked your junk/spam folder, or reviewed your email or ISP settings?
With regards to the payment issue, can you please elaborate and explain what issue you're experiencing? Keep in mind that the name and account info. (i.e. address on file) need to be identical between your card and Koodo account. Let us know if we can help troubleshoot this with you, but if you need to get this processed asap, you can also dial #123 from your phone and choose option 3 for payment to get this processed through our IVR right away.
