Why is no one picking up. I called yesterday and was on the line for 3.5 hours. This morning Koodo reps are not picking up the call either cuts or goes silent. There is also an automated message that says that Koodo is closed. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and pay $55 for 2gb. This is not how you treat your loyal customers. I would like to speak to someone and switch my plan to the 10gb $60 plan.
