On hold for 2 hours... This is ridiculous

Been on hold with koodo for 2 hours with nothing and I want to upgrade the phone but it won't let the guy at the store as he can't pick a plan... I will not be impressed if I can't get the cyber Monday deals. This is ridiculous

Have you tried ordering it yourself online? You just mentioned the guy at the store couldn't so it.

What plan do you have?  And what Tab size are you trying to use?

I am in bc and I have a saskatchewan plan also its going on a tab large. He can get all the way to the plan and then nothing comes up

I have a SK number and live in SK but am visiting family in bc. And it doesn't bring up any error codes just that it won't come up with any plans.

Can you log in ?
Can you try clearing browsing history and cache then login again?
