I spent nearly 2 HOURS on hold to no avail... I am dreading waiting even longer than that and I am feeling frustrated and annoyed. Good grief! What is going on with customer service? This is unacceptable!

They are busy with the unlocking frenzy and the Black Friday promo event, and this is evening.
I would try to call early in the morning if possible or schedule to wait (just turn on the speaker phone while you are doing some thing else)
