old email account

I logged in with an old email account and now have this message appearing:

"You're still waiting to be approved

Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

I did activate the link provided in the email and it is still doing this.  Please tell me how to get past this.

The email states to select my profile then role management. There is no option for role management.

The system thinks you are an additional user trying to access the account. You will need to login with your other email address (the one of record for the account) and either approve or deny the address you call "old email account" which would fix the issue.
