Data not working

I have just switched to Koodo and so far I have had nothing but trouble . I am in a coverage area I have the plan that gives me data but I can't get the data to work ? I should not be having this kind of trouble .. I wish Fido worked where I am I had no problems at all ... please is there something I am doing wrong here ?

Hi Nancy,

Check  your APN settings and make sure they match up properly.

Thanks. I just unlocked my phone and couldn't connect to 4g. Turns out that the APN settings need to be configured. For the correct seeing google search : koodoo APN. Every provider had their own settings
