December is a time where people are crazy and stressed and spending money to travel or on presents.

It would be a nice holiday thing to do to either give something like $5 dollars off or free canadian long distance to make things easier.

People appreciate the little things.

The Promotional Data Plans and the Promotional Giftcards are kind of Koodo's "December" discounts as they expire in December 31st. There may be a possibility that in a certain week in December or Boxing Day, they might have a one day/one week sale kind of thing but in my opinion, I think that's a bit unlikely.

The Promotions currently are the "Christmas" discounts.

Yeah I get that. These things are moreso for new customers. Yes old customers can change their plan but many are very happy with their plans and are under the old way of billing by the second.

I'm an old customer who had per second billing but the December plans this year were too great to pass up. I got much more for the same price that I was paying before and with the huge increase in minutes. It doesn't make sense to hold on to per second billing unless for some odd reason you make a lot of calls under 1 minute long. I know many other long time account holders who also did the same. They also have deals on devices at Christmas time to. I think Koodo does some great things already at Christmas and I'm sure 5 bucks isn't going to make or break anybody Christmas. - KID ANDROID, ( Team.Android.Canada)

Same goes for me. I was on an old per-second billing plan but $30/month for 150 Canada-wide minutes, Unlimited text, Unlimited 7pm evenings and weekends, Caller ID, Voicemail AND 200MB of data? I can't say no to that.

And....most recently we added the $25 Canada Wide plan. Pretty sweet if you ask me: https://shop.koodomobile.com/plans/pl...
