Number Porting - 3 phones lines on one account

I am now set up with koodo. I have 3 phone lines on my koodo account (me + 2 kids). Can I port in my old Rogers numbers at the same time or can I only port in one per billing cycle?

Hi there!

All at once... While you are activating let the store rep know about this and they will be able to get all the numbers into Koodo!

You need to have your Rogers account number handy...

Personally I would get new numbers when you activate. Then port over your self on self serve. Just incase you change your mind or service is poor in your neighbourhood etc

I have 2 lines on the same account. Got the Koodo sim 2 days back but I have not been successful porting my old numbers
From virgin mobile. I am
Wondering if I have to separate the 2 lines into 2 separate accounts in koodo before porting? I tried self serve option

I don't think you can separate 2 lines into 2 different accounts by yourself in selfserve. Porting and separation of accounts seem to be 2 unrelated issues though.
