Notified of additional 50 minutes because I was over when I'm not?

I just recieved a promotional offer from Koodo stating I went over my minutes last month, reply yes yadda yadda... but I didn't? Not even close? Anyone else getting this?

I'm curious because I actually got a notification on my recent bill that one of my calls exceeded local airtime limits (so I was billed for it) - except it was an international call and I have unlimited international (US) calling on my plan. So before I call and make a fuss I'd like to see what plays out here.

When you have the US Unlimited add-on it still uses the minutes out of your monthly bucket. All the add-on does is save you the long distance fee. As well the add-on doesnt include calls made to certain numbers that can be found in the nitty gritty of the add-on page.

Hey Dustin - to top-up on what Allan said, the charges look to be for the daytime minutes used, and not for long distance. If you look at pages 6 and 7 of your bill, you'll see the details of the calls you were charged for and they were all placed during the daytime, once you had exceeded your 200 mins. Hope that helps.
