I switched from Telus to Koodo yesterday. But it doesn't ask me for unlock code after restarting the phone with Koodo sim inserted. Please help. I have tried #7465625*638*# and it doesn't work.
Thank you for the suggestion. I tried another Koodo sim in my phone and it worked fine. I tried the my Koodo sim in an Iphone and it showed the No Sim message. So I am guessing my sim card is :f'ed. I got it from Best Buy yesterday around 7PM. Any way to fix this without going to a store?
