Incoming calls are going straight to voicemail. I'm a very low-usage customer, communicating mainly through my home phone and e-mail, but I do want to be able to receive incoming calls in case of emergencies. What do I need to do

Can you place calls? Does the phone have a sim card (HSPA) or not (CDMA)?

No, I can place calls just fine. It's incoming calls that go directly to voicemail.

If your phone does not have a sim card dial *79 and press send. This will disable do not disturb mode.

Hey Rob, if you are still having issues, please give our Technical Support a call (*611 Option 6).

I am having the same problem. I called customer service yesterday and all i was told is that they will make a note of it. My mobile is my primary phone and i cant afford this to keep happening
Mine is doing this. Has been ever since I got it! What a horrible mistake it was to switch to koodoo. Called so called customer service as well and was rold they reset the connection which should fix it. It hasn't. I don't see why they refuse to gice credits when customers aren't even getting proper service!! :(

I'm having similar issue. My daughter's teacher called me and said it went straight to vm. My bf also says he's called several times and it will usually go to vm. This is my primary phone and I can't be missing calls from the school like this!

My husband is also having the same problem. When calling him it goes straight to vm and does not register on his phone that he has received a call. I need to call him right back again for it to ring through, so this is not a DnD issue or a problem just with my number. I am also with Koodo.

Are you sure? If you call right back and get through that sounds EXACTLY like a do not disturb issue.
