Not receiving email Bill

I am not receiving a monthly email bill, the last bill received was Oct 20th. I did call about this previously but was told I must be missing the notification, well I am not missing the notification. I did receive a reminder notice which I responded to again stating I am not receiving a bill. Please look into this matter. Thanks Mary Andruchiw

Hi Mary,

Check your spam folder to make sure it's not going there and make sure your notification was not turned off by going into self serve, click on "view transaction history" in the blue box, then click on "Change bill type/notification" and make sure email is checked and using the proper address.
