Not Receiving Billing Text Notifications

For the last 2 billing cycles, I have not received my billing notification. I have an iPhone 4. I have checked my account selections and have both text and email notifications selected. Neither one seems to be working. please fix, I find it a very handy reminder. thanks

Are both reminder notifications (text and email) not being received?  Or just one of them?

I received mine last month (via email).  Did you check your junk mail?  The email is being sent from: customerservice@koodomobile.com

I always receive my text notification every month. If you are sure that you have it selected, you could give Koodo a call using *611 from your koodo phone and speak to a rep.

As for the email, do as Dennis said and check the junk and make sure it's not there

When the text notifications stopped 2 months ago, I went into my account to make sure it was activated and it was. While I was there I selected email notifications as well, hoping one of them would work. Neither seem to. IN the last 2 months, I have upgraded my phone from analog to iphone4 and subsequently had to change my plan. Nothing is in my junk mail folder.

I would uncheck the boxes, and then save.  And then re-select and then save again.
See if they would reset the setting.

If it doesnt work next month then I would call Koodo

I have the same problem.  In August, I called Koodo and was informed that they had a problem delivering e-bills to Bell addresses (bell.net and sympatico.ca).  They said it was now fixed.  I have yet to receive a Koodo bill since then.  Nothing in junk mail folder, no mails from Koodo.

I have received my e-bill notifications (both text and email) for sept and october. Hopefully the summer issues where just temporary glitches.
