Not receiving any data for the last two days - HELP!

I'm getting reception through Koodo, but the data isn't coming in. Mobile data is on, I'm not close to my limit, and have the disconnect turned off anyway. My bill is paid promptly every month. I'm using a One Plus 3T that was hooked up about a week ago. This is a business phone, so it's crucial that it be fixed as soon as possible. HELP!

Try pulling the Sim card out and back in again and restart your phone. After that confirm that APN settings match :

There's been a couple people with one plus phones that upgraded to nougat and had to reset their APNs to get data working again. Definitely worth a try for you. Let us know if it doesn't work.
