Not Picking up Signal in UK. (No Service)

I am in the UK and my phone is not picking up a local network. It is showing "no Service". I do not want to add the same as home roaming add on but just want to have service incase I get calls I may need to answer. I am using an iphoneX.

I believe you will need to activate the roaming option in self service, Arpan (this is not the same as the easy roam you mentioned above). Also check if roaming is ticked in your iPhone settings.

Hi Arpan,
Koodo has 2 options for roaming: easyroam and pay-per-use. Make sure you understand the charge while traveling in UK. For more information about easyroam you can read it here: https://www.koodomobile.com/help/easy-roam

Sophia mentioned about the roaming add-on, which is available in your selfserve. You need to have those to enable roaming (pay per use). if you want to add easyroam, you can add those in your selfserve.

If you choose the payperuse, make sure you turn off cellular data, turn off wifi-assist. turn off data roaming in your iphone. Otherwise the cost for payperuse data is very expensive.

If you make/receive more than 6,7 minutes of calls ($1.5/minutes), it might be better to turn on easyroam ($10days). It will be cheaper and provide more features.

Thank you both. I am trying to add it on and it is not letting me. See attached picture. 

Also, would I get charged for incoming texts and calls? even if I do not answer them?

That is the crazy thing. I am not removing any add ons (I do not have any). I am trying to add on the International voice roaming but get that message.

@Arpan: yes, this was strange. I saw only one add-on on your account? do you have the international long-distance call add-on? you would need it to call a local number in UK.

If you have tried all browsers, then it could be some issues on the koodo selfserve. I would suggest you contact Koodo directly. (skype (or any voIP app) calling to 1 (866) 995-6636 or sending messages to koodo facebook)
