not getting my texts and cant change my address

I am having trouble with my self serve.I am unable to put in my correct address with PO Box because it keeps saying its wrong, and while I had to call to get my phone number changed, I now no longer get my text messages reminding me of my bill payments and promotions. I cannot find the online support anymore and do not know how to fix these problems. Can anyone help me?
