Not getting 10% off on Prepaid automatic top up

Website advertises that if you use your credit card to automatically top up every month, you will receive 10% off. When my credit card bill came, there wasn't a discount (still base plan + tax). I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada, if that matters.

Just want to know why or where the 10% discount is. Or if anyone knows with whom i should take this up with.

You won't see the discount on your credit card bill. Instead, you get a credit in your self-serve account for 10% of your base plan price before tax. You can do this by registering your credit card in prepaid self-serve at https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.... (login required).

You can use this to buy boosters, or (if you have enough accumulated credit) to reduce the amount you have to top up from your credit card.

Is there a page on the self serve portal that shows how much credit I've accumulated?

Yes, you will see it right on the front page when you log in (listed as "Balance").
You can also look under Billing - Transaction history. It will be listed as "ATU Discount 10% - PP15/ATU Remise de 10% - PP15"

After you log in, you should see it. If you've just registered your credit card you will see it after your next top-up.
