Not connecting to network

Cant call text or use data. LGG5. Shows full bars on phone, but when I try to call I get a message of either 7um1 or 7um3, which say either not activated or not registered on network. I've tried resetting, removing battery and simcard, no change. Tried checking airplane mode. under mobile networks I havetried to reselect network operator to koodo lte, but it wont register.

Is your account all paid and active?  Try loggin into self serve and see what it says

Then there is 2 likely possibilities here.  Either it's the phone or the sim.  Are you able to try your sim in another koodo/unlocked phone?  Or try a working Koodo sim in your phone?

It is likely an issue with the account on the network, not the phone. You should call Koodo 611 or if it is not possible then ask them on facebook.
