Not automatically withdrawing, bill getting higher

Why isn't my pre-authorized payments going through? I set up my bank account with Koodo but it seems that my bill from last month hasn't been paid. Why isn't it automaticly withdrawing?

When setting up pre authorized payments your first bill still needs to be paid manually and then preauthorized payments will Kick in the following month, so the second cycle after setting it up.
