Call Koodo at *611 if you have another Koodo phone or 18669956636 from any phone and speak to a rep who can explain what's going on

We need some more information here from you. It means it was activated yesterday and is not today if I understood you correctly. If that is the case you can do few common tricks to bring it back to life before calling Koodo. What kind of phone you are currently using?
