Not able to use data

I just purchased a prepaid SIM card and added some boosters, among others I added 1 GB of data, to it. I paid using a top-up voucher. However, I am unable to go online with the phone even though my booster usage says that the booster is active. How can this be fixed?

Official Response
If you can make calls, the phone does not need unlocking. You may need to change the APN values which control your data connection.
