Not able to login but I clearly have an registration using same email

Hello. I am a current customer and have an account. I can login to see all my information and make adjustments to my plan/boosters but I am trying to purchase a second phone and every time I try to go through the check-out, I cannot register as my email address is NOT recognized yet I clearly have registerd and logged in using the same email. Are you having issues with your website?

Hi Clare,

You can't buy a postpaid phone when you are on a prepaid plan. Try to select a prepaid phone and see if you can order that. Are you still getting the same error?
