Not able to complete registration

Hi, I am new to Koodo and I took a postpaid plan recently. After registering with self serve, I received a link to my email to complete registration. When I follow the link, I am getting a message saying "No account is linked to this profile". I am not able to complete registration because of this. Kindly help. Thanks

Call Koodo *611 from your Koodo phone.  Tell them you tried register for self serve but you are unable to complete. You can mention them you received a message saying  "No account is linked to this profile".  They will help you out.
