Not Able to Add Talk Booster

I topped up my account and followed all of the procedures to add the Booster.  The purchase will not complete and I get this message: ValidateAndUpdateOptions/Provisioning_14.  Please help.

The prepaid team Is looking into this.
In the meantime, some customers have found success by adding boosters through calling 611.

I have seen that a number of people have experienced the same problem.  Hopefully the team can solve the problem.  I will try 611 but Wendy says below that she is having problems there too.

I am also getting this error.  i also cant get through on *611 because the network keeps dropping

Hello Dan,
Man, you're not alone!  I, too get frustrated with  cell-phone related issues similar to yours.  The good news is cell-phone technology is developing exceptionally well.  If you, Dan, like I am are looking for a problem-free cellular device, my advice is to invest in the IphoneX which will be available for purchase as of tomorrow, Friday, October 27th, 2017.  I am going to stick with Koodoo/Telus as my provider because their business is solely Cell-Phones.

You can reset your pincode in self service Debbie, let's hope that still works eh!

I was able to add the Booster through *611.  It appears that Koodo does not want us to use the website any more.

Not the case Dan. The reported issue's being actively investigated. We'll provide an update once we have one, but glad to hear there's an alternate solution for now. Thanks!
