Hi, I am trying to access my account in order to pay my bill but it does not let me. It always tells me page not found, what am I supposed to do? Regards Simona

If you just need to know your balance :
*611 from your phone > option 1 for account balance > enter Pin #

You can try another browser, clear your cache and cookies too.

Pay in your phone using the Koodo app and a credit card

Pay through online banking.
