Not a happy customer ......

So I have emailed that I have asked a few questions and no one is answering them.... Also emailed that I would like a supervisor or manager for customer service to call me.. I did try to call customer service and when it Transfer's you it tell's you that you will be charged $10.00 for this call.. Also I did talk to a customer service representative a few days ago about my husband's phone and when we got his bill it's still not fixed.. She had said she was going to look into the $10.00 charge for calling customer service... So if the customer service manager could please call me...

What is your problem so we can try and help you fix it. You'll only be charged 10$ if what you've don by phone could've be done by yourself!

Exactly what Robert said.
Don't be concerned about the charge unless you are looking to do something basic that you can do yourself in self-serve.
You will be able to reach someone the quickest by just calling in.

Very unhappy customer !!! Have been with Koodo for year's... I had cancelled my son's phone as it had gotten broken... Went today to look at phones to get him one... Only to find out that they have changed how tab work's... You now pay extra for the tab... This I do not like ... I wish that the person I talked to about cancelling his phone had told this as I would of gotten him a phone then... Totally not happy with Koodo ....
