I have had to call your help line a couple of times in the last week to deal with a problem with my home phone hub. Both people I dealt with were great, but there is so much background noise from other customer service people on their own calls that it is very difficult to hear and/or understand what's being said. I haven't found this a normal problem when calling customer service with other businesses. Also, when I was put on hold, the 'hold music' was so loud I had to put my phone down and walk away. I know you would far prefer everyone to use your website to solve their issues, but sometimes that's not possible. Could you not do something to make this aspect of your service less chaotic?
