no wireless connection

I replaced my phone with a BlackBerry Q10 and kept my same Koodo plan. Now I cannot get wireless internet. Why ? Nothing has change with my plan just the phone

Try resetting network settings or rebooting the phone.

You aren't able to get connected to a Wireless Network (WI-FI) or is your data plan not working (mobile Network) ?

What data plan do you have?

If your data plan isn't working. Check the APN settings on your blackberry.
By going to
Settings
Network and connections.
Mobile Network (Should be on like below)



Then click on the "Tool icon" and you will get this.



If APN isn't sp.koodo.com change it over.
You might like to power cycle your phone after.

Unless the Q10 is unlocked, this setting isn't changeable, Q10 gets its info from the Sim

Silly question but were you able to access data on your old phone?
