No service...then I'm saying "no" to Koodo in southern Manitoba

Samsung galaxy III....4G but still no service in southern Manitoba. I'm getting so frustrated as I have no landline...need my phone for work & considering changing service providers...sorry Koodo but if I can't use u, then why am I paying for it

What is the cause of having no service? Does Telus or Bell have service where you live? If so, something is wrong with your phone (settings) and we can help :)

You'll need to be more specific if you want us to troubleshoot you...

Currently only MTS and Rogers/Fido have coverage in Manitoba as per an agreement in that region. I'm sorry that you feel like you have to leave Koodo but there's little Telus can do about network expansion in that area for the foreseeable future.

i manage to use my samsung galaxy note 2 in southern manitoba last night,
very strong signal down there.
