No Service!

I have no service currently. Is this Koodo's problem or my phone's? Wifi still works, but phone goes straight to voice mail and texts have send failure.

is this the iphone? if so, go to settings->general->cellular and make sure that enable 3G is turned on. Koodo does not have a 2G network so disabling 3G makes sure your phone will not connect. this is separate from the 3g 'cellular data' switch which is on the same page.

Just to confirm, enabling 3G will not make me be charged for data as long as the Cellular function is switched off? Thanks so much! The 3G worked!

Just make sure cellular data is switched off and you'll be safe.

I have had no service on my phone on emergency phone calls since Saturday at 7pm while we were camping - i have no idea if where we were had something to do with it or not. I have tried everything and nothing works!!!! I have an LG Android phone. Please if anyone can help.
