I am having continued trouble with sending text messages from my home. As well, my phone does not work at all for incoming or outgoing calls when in my home. I have called previously regarding this and the tech reset my SIM card i believe. It briefly worked better but now I am back to virtually no service when I am home.

Hi there Laura... Indoors reception is hard to guarantee, physical obstacles like trees, walls, mountains, etc will play an important factor when speaking about reception... As from what you are saying this happens when you are home... What about outdoors? What about somewhere else? Is it still the same thing? If everywhere else your phone works fine, I would say it is only your place and for any carrier is very difficult to guarantee services indoors....

Yeah. I get great service when I am outdoors but when I am in certain rooms in my school, I do not get service. It's because of the physical obstacles and there isn't much we can do about it. Hopefully you'll get service better!

I have crappy service everywhere I go, inside or outside. I have had everything reset, received a new SIM card but they can't understand why this is happening. They say there are no service issues in my area. I constantly go over my data because the phone is constantly searching. I don't watch videos, use GPS, Skype or anything that should be using 5 gigs of data a month which is usually how much is used. It takes at least 40 seconds to open anything and has been as long as seven minutes (I timed just to see). I went with Koodo because I was ASSURED that I would get great service anywhere. I can't afford to buy out my tab to go to another company so I am stuck with this crappy service for another year. When I can't get a signal 80% of the time, something is wrong. If you ask customer service they say "I don't know" and send you on your way. I have told everyone I know to never use Koodo and have stopped six people from going to them and am glad I did so.
