Is your network down in Toronto? I cannot dial out. Just get a msg on screen saying not connected to network. Can't text either. All was fine six hours ago.

Idk if the network is down in toronto but try rebooting your phone and make sure 3g is enabled. Also by any chance are you in a building made out of concrete? Signal tends to be weak in those kinds of places and toronto has quite a few of them.

Try a battery reset - turn off your phone, take out battery and SIM card, wait for 30 seconds - 1 minute and then restart your device.

Thanks for the response. Not in a concrete building. My phone is still saying that I'm not registered to the network, which is impossible unless the whole network is down, I guess. Pretty sure 3G is still enabled since I haven't changed any settings since things were working this morning. I can't recall where this setting lives to check.

Just keep getting 'not registered on network' whenever I try to dial out. And text doesn't work either, just says will be sent when network becomes available.

I'm in downtown Toronto and both call and text work.
Check your network setting again.
What phone do you have?

Try just turn off the power for a few minutes and turn it back on.
