Iphone 5? very nice!

1. Have you synced your new Iphone with Itunes? (updates carrier settings)
2. Was the iphone 5 on when you put the sim card in?

if the answer for 1 was yes and the answer was "off" for number 2 then try turning airplane mode on for a minute then turn it off. it should reconnect to the network. if all that fails then call tech support

Hello Remo.

You know iPhone 4S and 5 don't have the same SIM card, do you? Because it seems that you are talking as if you took the iPhone 4S SIM and put it in the iPhone 5. This could be a reason it doesn't work.

If not, try what Tyler said. Keep us updated!

Now that I think about it, the iphone 5 does take a different sim...maybe. I think the 4s was the last one to take a micro sim and iphone 5 takes nano sim

I solve the problem by turning off LTE. Of I switch on LTE I don't have network.

This is really weird but is is a known problem. Let the LTE be stable all over your region and it should be fine! Experienced those problems too when switching from 3G to LTE or vice-versa!
