No longer with Koodo; how can I get reimbursed for the money I overpaid on my last bill?

I'm no longer with Koodo, and it seems I have a credit for 5.60 $ left on my account. How can I close this account and possibly be reimbursed the remainder so I no longer receive emails about my balance of -$5.60?

Hi there Jamie... If it was overpayment, you can contact Koodo and they will send you the money via Cheque... Usually 30 days after requesting the refund...

What happened, why did you cancel?

I try to contact to costumer service they are ask me a 10 digit umber ( my phone number) but my koodo account is canceled Lon time ago

Well, in prder to pull up an account, even cancelled, they would need the 10 digit phone number OR customer/account number.

I do have costumer service number but computer say me a wrong number. What I can do?

when you call 1-866-995-6636 option 5, if you do not have the account number or mobile number, they can do a search by your name but they would ask you information that was on the account such as date of birth, address on the account, driver's lisence if you gave one, SIN number, etc. Koodo reps need to make sure they are looking at the right account before any information is given.
