I choose the option of receiving my Koodoo bill by email but I am NOT receiving them. Is there a problem with your email? I don't want to have my bills go unpaid because I don't know how much I owe!!

Is your notifications setup in self serve to go to your e-mail?Click on billing then click nofications in self serve. Keep in mind Koodo doesn't physically send you the bills to your e-mail only a notification. To view the bill you'll have to login on self serve.
