Unfortunately you need to call Koodo now, no one on the community can do anything, even if they work for Koodo.

If you're within Canada, call *611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone. If outside Canada, call 647-788-4337

AH! Outside Canada!? I didn't even consider that.

Listen, if your data was auto-blocked outside Canada then you've already gotten to $100 of roaming data usage. You can always call Koodo if you really want to line Koodo pockets with money.

If it is blocked you can go to self serve to unblock it

If it is because you have gone over your data limit by $50 then we have capped it (CRTC made a law about this - happens with all providers). In this case you would have to speak with Koodo tech support to have it unblocked

Usually you get a text message that allows you to unblock it, unfortunately when you respond yes, it still stays blocked - we currently have techs working to resolve this though.
